Returns an RTF-formatted per-lesson salary table for the specified teacher over the given period and filters.

Argumente

Name	Typ	Beschreibung
TeacherID	integer	ID of the teacher
MonthIDs	[integer]	list of month IDs to include in the evaluation
AllCompanies	integer	1 = include all companies, 0 = restrict to the teacher's company
ShowLessons	integer	1 = include group lessons in the output
ShowIndividualLessons	integer	1 = include individual lessons in the output
ShowAdditionalSalary	integer	1 = include additional salary items in the output
StartDate	datetime	start of the date range to evaluate
EndDate	datetime	end of the date range to evaluate
SeminarCenterID	integer	restrict output to the given seminar center
PlanningPeriodID	integer	planning period to evaluate
